Qatar Mobile Telephone and Communication Systems (QM)" is a branch of "Arabian Construction Engineering Co. (ACEC)". QM is ACEC’s communications arm and some of our principals include Motorola Mobile Phones, Strong Technologies, Dicon LCD TV’s and other. We hold exclusive agency or distributor rights with all above.

QM owns two of the largest showrooms for retail of communications business and the most well equipped Service Center for after sales service.

We have had many successes in the telecommunications field in Qatar where one of our strongest areas is with large governmental institutions such as the PTT; Qatar Telecom (QTel), Qatar General Petroleum corp., Ministry of Interior.

We supplied Q-Tel’s rural network solutions by means of fixed cellular technology based on the GSM also we supplied most of the subscriber terminals from Ascom Telecom UK for the new caller Line identity (CLI) service. With QGPC and all related oil companies, we have been successful in implementing TVRO installations on most rigs, platform and Halul Island; which is QGPCs main hub into offshore.

Additionally, we supply QGPC with test equipment, Radio Links and manpower services on adhoc basis.
